A5 SERIE MODUL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das kompakte A5 Ultrafiltrationsmodul von PCI Membranes kann f\u00fcr eine breite Palette an industrieller Anwendungen in der Prozessindustrie f\u00fcr die \u00f6konomische Konzentration und Kl\u00e4rung von Prozessfl\u00fcssigkeiten und Abw\u00e4ssern eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Modul der A5-Serie besteht aus einem austauschbaren Kern aus 69 r\u00f6hrenf\u00f6rmige Membranelemente mit jeweils 6 mm Durchmesser, die in ein Edelstahlgeh\u00e4use eingebaut sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Modul ist mit unseren speziell entwickelten PVDF-Ultrafiltrationsmembranen best\u00fcckt, die f\u00fcr eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Prozessbedingungen geeignet sind. Drei verschiedene Porengr\u00f6\u00dfen\/MWCOs sind verf\u00fcgbar: 20k Dalton, 100k Dalton und 200k Dalton nominale Trenngrenze, obwohl die tats\u00e4chliche Leistung auch immer etwas von den Betriebsbedingungen abh\u00e4ngt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das kompakte Design verleiht dem Modul eine hohe Festigkeit und erm\u00f6glicht Betriebsdr\u00fccke von 10 bar bei Temperaturen bis zu 60 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Modul ist standardm\u00e4\u00dfig in den L\u00e4ngen 1,83 m, 3,05 m oder 3,66 m erh\u00e4ltlich und bietet Membranfl\u00e4chen von 2,34 m\u00b2, 3,97 m\u00b2 bzw. 4,76 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
