Zu den weiteren Vorteilen geh\u00f6rt ein robustes und kosteng\u00fcnstiges Modulgeh\u00e4use aus GFK-Material. Das Modul besteht aus zwei Hauptteilen, dem Membrankern und der Modulgeh\u00e4use. Der Kern ist in dem Geh\u00e4use befestigt, Endabdichtungen verhindern das Austreten von Zulauf und Konzentrat aus dem Modul. W\u00e4hrend die inneren O-Ringe das Austreten von Permeat verhindern. Module werden normalerweise mit U-B\u00f6gen in Reihe geschaltet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Der Membrankern<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Membrankern besteht aus mehreren Membranrohrelementen, die an jedem Ende zu einem starren Rohrb\u00fcndel vergossen sind. Abbildung 2 zeigt den Querschnitt eines Membranrohrelements. Die innere Schicht des Rohrs ist die d\u00fcnne, semipermeable Polymermembran. Diese Membranschicht trennt die zugef\u00fchrte Fl\u00fcssigkeit in zwei Str\u00f6me. Es sind eine Reihe von Membrantypen erh\u00e4ltlich, die jeweils unterschiedliche Trenneigenschaften bieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die mittlere und die \u00e4u\u00dfere Schicht sind das St\u00fctzrohr f\u00fcr die Membran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Enden der Membranrohre sind in Epoxidharz vergossen. Permeat, das durch die Membran flie\u00dft, sammelt sich in der Ummantelung, bevor es in den Permeatspeicher flie\u00dft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Standardmaterial der Ummantelung besteht aus glasfaserverst\u00e4rktem Kunststoff (GFK). Geh\u00e4use sind in den L\u00e4ngen 3 und 4 Meter erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Membrankern ist in der Ummantelung befestigt. Die Enddichtungen und inneren O-Ring-Dichtungen verhindern ein Austreten von Permeat und Zufuhr\/Konzentrat. Alle Ummantelungen haben zwei Abg\u00e4nge \u2013 einen an jedem Ende, damit das Permeat aus dem Modul austreten kann. Die Ummantelungen m\u00fcssen so positioniert werden, dass ihre Abg\u00e4nge vertikal ausgerichtet sind (einer oben, der andere unten). W\u00e4hrend aller Prozess- und Reinigungsvorg\u00e4nge flie\u00dft das Permeat aus beiden Ummantelungsabg\u00e4ngen.
