Au\u00dferdem sind hier sehr hohe Betriebsdr\u00fccke (bis zu 140 bar) m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Vergleich zu Plattenmodul NF\/UO-L\u00f6sungen des Wettbewerbs verringert das einzigartige interne Hydraulikdesign die Druckverluste des Moduls. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen Module in Reihe geschaltet werden, um den erforderlichen Querstrom zu verringern und so den Pumpenenergieverbrauch erheblich zu senken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Vergleich zu den Rohrmembranen (tubular) und Modulen von PCI Membranes weisen L\u00f6sungen mit Plattenmembran Technologie allerdings eine geringere Schwebstofftoleranz auf und sie sind auch nicht in hygienischer Ausf\u00fchrung erh\u00e4ltlich. Die Niederdruckpumpe erzeugt den n\u00f6tigen Vordruck f\u00fcr die Hochdruckpumpe. Bei Bedarf wird der Mehrschichtfilter automatisch mit Speisewasser und Luft r\u00fcckgesp\u00fclt, w\u00e4hrend die Filterpatronen ausgetauscht werden m\u00fcssen, sobald sie zugesetzt sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor der Kartuschen Filtration wird ein Antiscalant dosiert, um Verkalkungen (Scaling) zu reduzieren und so den Betrieb der nachgeschalteten Umkehrosmose-Membraneinheiten mit Plattenmodul Technologie mit ausgew\u00e4hlter R\u00fcckgewinnungsrate zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das vorbehandelte Abwasser wird dann von der Hochdruckpumpe zur ersten Stufe, der Plattenmodul UO-Einheit, gepumpt. Diese besteht aus zwei in Reihe geschalteten Membranmodulen, um den erforderlichen Umw\u00e4lzstrom und damit den Energieverbrauch zu reduzieren. Der ben\u00f6tigte Druck im Zulauf und im Umw\u00e4lzstrom werden von einer Druckerh\u00f6hungspumpe erzeugt. Der Umw\u00e4lzstrom stellt die erforderliche Querstr\u00f6mungsgeschwindigkeit im Plattenmodul sicher, um Ablagerungen an den Membranen zu minimieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Permeat der ersten Stufe der Plattenmodul-UO-Einheit wird dann \u00fcber eine spezielle Hochdruckpumpe nochmals unter Druck gesetzt und zu der Spiralwickel-UO-Einheit weitergeleitet. Das resultierende Konzentrat wird teilweise vor die Spiralwickel-UO-Membraneinheit zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt, um die erforderliche Querstromgeschwindigkeit sicherzustellen (dank einer speziellen Druckerh\u00f6hungspumpe), und teilweise in den ersten Puffertank geleitet, um das vorbehandelte Abwasser zu verd\u00fcnnen und somit die Gesamtr\u00fcckgewinnungsrate zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um die R\u00fcckgewinnungsrate zu maximieren, kann eine zweite Stufe einer Plattenmodul UO-Einheit hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Diese wird mit dem Konzentrat der ersten Stufe der Plattenmodul UO-Einheit gespeist. Sie arbeitet bei hohem Druck (bis zu 120 bar) und das erzeugte Permeat wird dann zur weiteren Aufbereitung an die RO-Einheit mit spiralgewickelten UO-Membranen weitergeleitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Konzentrat der ersten Stufe (oder der zweiten Stufe, sofern vorhanden) kann zur M\u00fclldeponie zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt, per Tanklastwagen entsorgt oder einem thermischen Behandlungsprozess zugef\u00fchrt werden (um einen Zero Liquid Discharge-Prozess, ZLD-Prozess) zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die R\u00fcckgewinnungsraten der UO-Einheiten werden \u00fcber die Systemsteuerung mit Hilfe spezieller automatischer Ventile geregelt. Ihre wirtschaftlichen und technischen Grenzen liegen im Verschmutzungs- und Verkalkungspotenzial des Speisewassers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn ein oder mehrere Sollwerte f\u00fcr die Membranreinigung erreicht werden, wird das System gestoppt und eine Membranreinigung wird durchgef\u00fchrt. Der Membranreinigungsabschnitt umfasst alle f\u00fcr den Reinigungsprozess erforderlichen Tanks, Pumpen und Instrumente.
