Otras ventajas son un m\u00f3dulo robusto y de bajo coste fabricado con material GFRP. El m\u00f3dulo consta de dos partes principales, el n\u00facleo de la membrana y el vessel contenedor. El n\u00facleo se fija en el vessel, mientras que las juntas de los extremos impiden que los alimentos y el concentrado salgan del m\u00f3dulo. Mientras que las juntas t\u00f3ricas interiores impiden la salida del permeado. Los m\u00f3dulos suelen estar conectados en serie con codos en U.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El n\u00facleo de la membrana<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El n\u00facleo de la membrana est\u00e1 formado por varios tubos de membrana unidos en cada extremo para formar un haz de tubos r\u00edgidos. La figura 2 muestra la secci\u00f3n transversal de un unico tubo de membrana.&nbsp;La capa interior del tubo consiste en una fina membrana polim\u00e9rica semipermeable. Es la capa de membrana que separa el l\u00edquido de alimentaci\u00f3n en dos corrientes. El permeado que pasa a trav\u00e9s de la membrana se acumula en el vessel de fluir hacia el almacenamiento de permeado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El material est\u00e1ndar de la cubierta es pl\u00e1stico reforzado con fibra de vidrio (GFRP). Las membranas est\u00e1n disponibles en longitudes de 3 y 4 metros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El n\u00facleo de la membrana se fija en el vessel. Los sellos de los extremos y las juntas t\u00f3ricas internas evitan las fugas de permeado y de alimentaci\u00f3n\/concentrado. Todos los centenedores est\u00e1n equipadas con dos entradas, una en cada extremo, para que el permeado salga del m\u00f3dulo. Los contenedores deben colocarse con las salidas alineadas verticalmente (una arriba y otra abajo). Durante todas las operaciones de proceso y limpieza, el permeado se escapa de ambas entradas de el vessel. Sin duda, este equipamiento adicional de la planta crea enormes problemas de funcionamiento, salud y seguridad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2713 Operaciones de limpieza de membranas menos frecuentes y m\u00e1s sencillas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2713 Mantenimiento de la membrana m\u00e1s sencillo: el mantenimiento de las membranas sumergidas es mucho m\u00e1s complejo que el requerido para mantener la eficiencia de una membrana de flujo lateral: las membranas sumergidas deben ser retiradas de la cuenca con todos los problemas log\u00edsticos, ambientales y de funcionamiento desordenado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2713 Dise\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo desde el punto de vista de la ingenier\u00eda, la salud y la seguridad personal: posibilidad de trabajar en m\u00f3dulos de membranas
