El dise\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 libre de espacios muertos y reduce el potencial de ensuciamiento de las membranas, garantizando la m\u00e1xima eficacia de los procedimientos de limpieza in situ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El m\u00f3dulo est\u00e1 construido en acero inoxidable, con membranas tubulares de 12,7 mm de di\u00e1metro insertadas en 18 tubos de soporte perforados. Se dispone de diferentes tapas finales para conectar un n\u00famero variable de tubos en serie o en paralelo, lo que permite el funcionamiento a diferentes caudales para satisfacer los requisitos de flujo tangencial y ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n de las aplicaciones individuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a su dise\u00f1o robusto, el m\u00f3dulo puede utilizarse en sistemas dise\u00f1ados para funcionar hasta 80 bares a 80\u00b0C, dependiendo del tipo de membrana que se monte. El m\u00f3dulo est\u00e1 disponible de serie en longitudes de 3,66 m, 2,4 m y 1,2 m, con superficies de membrana de 2,6 m<sup>2<\/sup> , 1,7 m<sup>2<\/sup> y 0,9 m<sup>2<\/sup> respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El flujo del fluido del proceso a trav\u00e9s de las tuber\u00edas se garantiza mediante end caps (cerraduras) especialmente dise\u00f1ados, cuyo dise\u00f1o var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n de los requisitos del proceso: flujo en serie, flujo de doble entrada, flujo en paralelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principales caracter\u00edsticas y ventajas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Construcci\u00f3n de acero inoxidable: robusta e inerte a la mayor\u00eda de los productos qu\u00edmicos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dise\u00f1o tubular de canal abierto: requiere una prefiltraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de la alimentaci\u00f3n;
