Adem\u00e1s, este proceso avanzado utiliza un proceso totalmente automatizado que minimiz\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de los operadores.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"fgc-accordion-tabs-block_ebd69885b9976f611fed713c24943742\" class=\"ui-tabs ui-corner-all ui-widget ui-widget-content fgc-accordion-tabs-wrapper-tabs fgc-accordion-tabs-wrapper\"><ul class=\"fgc-tabs-nav\"><li id=\"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un biorreactor de membrana?\" class=\"fgc-tab-title\"><a href=\"#tabs-1\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un biorreactor de membrana?<\/a><\/li><li id=\"1) Reactor biol\u00f3gico:\" class=\"fgc-tab-title\"><a href=\"#tabs-2\">1) Reactor biol\u00f3gico:<\/a><\/li><li id=\"2)  Membranas:\" class=\"fgc-tab-title\"><a href=\"#tabs-3\">2)  Membranas:<\/a><\/li><\/ul><div id=\"tabs-1\" class=\"fgc-tab-content\"><h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un biorreactor de membrana?<\/h3>\n<p>Un biorreactor de membrana (MBR) es un proceso que combina una unidad de membrana de microfiltraci\u00f3n o ultrafiltraci\u00f3n con un reactor biol\u00f3gico, y hoy en dia se usa ampliamente en plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales (EDAR) tanto municipales como industriales.<\/p>\n<\/div><div id=\"tabs-2\" class=\"fgc-tab-content\"><h4>1) Reactor biol\u00f3gico:<\/h4>\n<p>En un proceso de tratamiento de aguas residuales, un reactor biol\u00f3gico es una unidad de proceso dise\u00f1ada espec\u00edficamente para soportar un ambiente biol\u00f3gicamente activo, es decir, donde las bacterias y los protozoos (la llamada biomasa o lodo activado) crecen y consumen algunos (o todos) los contaminantes dentro de las aguas residuales crudas.<\/p>\n<p>Los reactores biol\u00f3gicos pueden ser aer\u00f3bicos (para eliminar la materia org\u00e1nica y oxidar el amon\u00edaco a nitrato), an\u00f3xicos (para eliminar el nitr\u00f3geno de los nitratos a gas nitr\u00f3geno) o anaer\u00f3bicos (para eliminar la materia org\u00e1nica), dependiendo de la presencia de ox\u00edgeno y nitratos o de su ausencia. Normalmente, las membranas se instalan despu\u00e9s de biorreactores aer\u00f3bicos o anaer\u00f3bicos (respectivamente, procesos MBR y AnMBR).<\/p>\n<p>Hay tres tipos de reactores biol\u00f3gicos:<\/p>\n<p>Biorreactores de crecimiento suspendido, donde la biomasa crece formando fl\u00f3culos;<br \/>\nBiorreactores de crecimiento adheridos (o biopel\u00edculas), donde la biomasa crece adherida a soportes;<br \/>\nBiorreactores h\u00edbridos, que combinan biomasa de crecimiento suspendida y adherida.<br \/>\nNormalmente, los biorreactores de crecimiento suspendido son la opci\u00f3n preferida para los procesos MBR. Si se dise\u00f1an adecuadamente, tambi\u00e9n se pueden utilizar biorreactores h\u00edbridos.<\/p>\n<\/div><div id=\"tabs-3\" class=\"fgc-tab-content\"><h4>2) Membranas:<\/h4>\n<p>En el proceso MBR, las membranas act\u00faan como un dispositivo de separaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lido-l\u00edquido, manteniendo la biomasa dentro del reactor biol\u00f3gico antes de descargar el efluente tratado. B\u00e1sicamente, reemplazan a los clarificadores utilizados en los sistemas convencionales de lodos activados (CAS).<\/p>\n<p>En aplicaciones MBR se pueden utilizar membranas de micro (MF) y de ultrafiltraci\u00f3n (UF). Tiene 8\u201d (DN200) de di\u00e1metro y 3 o 4 m de largo, con 27 y 36 m2 de \u00e1rea de membrana respectivamente. La carcasa (cubierta del m\u00f3dulo) est\u00e1 hecha de GRP, por lo que tiene una mejor resistencia qu\u00edmica al cloro y \u00e1cidos fuertes, adem\u00e1s de ser m\u00e1s liviana de manejar que las soluciones de acero inoxidable. Nuestras fibras huecas cuentan con soporte, lo que permite un funcionamiento prolongado y sin problemas antes del reemplazo.<br>Los casetes PCI-HF est\u00e1n hechos de m\u00f3dulos de membrana instalados dentro de un marco de acero inoxidable. Los m\u00f3dulos Zmbr2 est\u00e1n equipados con haces de fibras con c\u00e1maras dise\u00f1ados para liberar r\u00e1fagas de aire para fregar eficazmente la superficie de la membrana y al mismo tiempo minimizar el consumo de aire requerido, minimizando as\u00ed los gastos operativos (OpEx).
