has-text-color\">Tratamiento de RO (\u00f3smosis inversa) de aguas residuales de lixiviados de vertederos: el proceso<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dadas las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00edpicas de los lixiviados, el proceso de tratamiento incluye:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Almacenamiento en b\u00fafer y ajuste de pH;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filtraci\u00f3n granular multimedia presurizada;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filtraci\u00f3n por cartuchos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filtraci\u00f3n por membrana RO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" entrantes se recogen en un tanque intermedio donde, si es necesario, se ajusta el pH mediante la adici\u00f3n de \u00e1cido para reducir los fen\u00f3menos de incrustaci\u00f3n de carbonato de calcio y limitar los problemas de formaci\u00f3n de espuma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, el agua residual con pH ajustado se bombea continuamente mediante una bomba de baja presi\u00f3n (bomba de presi\u00f3n previa) a trav\u00e9s de un filtro multimedia y un sistema de filtro de cartucho, que sirve como \u201cfiltro policial\u201d para la siguiente bomba de alta presi\u00f3n. La bomba de baja presi\u00f3n genera la presi\u00f3n previa necesaria para la bomba de alta presi\u00f3n antes mencionada. Cuando es necesario, el filtro multimedia se lava autom\u00e1ticamente con agua de alimentaci\u00f3n y aire, mientras que los cartuchos del filtro se reemplazan una vez que est\u00e1n obstruidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de la filtraci\u00f3n de cartucho, se dosifica un antiincrustante para limitar los fen\u00f3menos de incrustaci\u00f3n, lo que permite el funcionamiento de las siguientes unidades de \u00f3smosis inversa (RO) de placa y marco en la raA55:A69te de recuperaci\u00f3n seleccionada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las aguas residuales pretratadas son luego bombeadas por la bomba de alta presi\u00f3n a la unidad de RO de placa y marco de primera etapa. Esta est\u00e1 construida con dos m\u00f3dulos de membrana en serie, para reducir el flujo de recirculaci\u00f3n requerido y, por lo tanto, el consumo de energ\u00eda. La alimentaci\u00f3n y el flujo de recirculaci\u00f3n son presurizados por una bomba de refuerzo. El flujo de recirculaci\u00f3n asegura la velocidad del flujo transversal requerida para minimizar los fen\u00f3menos de incrustaci\u00f3n dentro de los m\u00f3dulos de membrana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El permeado de la unidad de RO de placa y marco de la primera etapa se vuelve a presurizar a la unidad de RO en espiral a trav\u00e9s de una bomba de alta presi\u00f3n dedicada; el concentrado resultante se recircula parcialmente delante de la unidad de membrana de RO en espiral en para asegurar la velocidad de flujo transversal requerida (gracias a una bomba de refuerzo dedicada) y en parte al tanque de inercia inicial para diluir las aguas residuales pretratadas y aumentar la tasa de recuperaci\u00f3n general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para maximizar la tasa de recuperaci\u00f3n, se puede agregar una unidad de RO de placa y marco de segunda etapa. Esta se alimenta con el concentrado de la unidad de RO de placa y marco de primera etapa. Funciona a alta presi\u00f3n (hasta 120 bar). ) y el permeado producido se env\u00eda a la unidad de RO enrollada en espiral para su posterior pulido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El concentrado de la primera etapa (o segunda etapa, si est\u00e1 presente) puede recircularse de regreso al vertedero, eliminarse mediante camiones cisterna o enviarse a un proceso de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico (para tener un proceso de descarga de l\u00edquido cero, ZLD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las tasas de recuperaci\u00f3n de las unidades de RO se regulan a trav\u00e9s del panel de control mediante v\u00e1lvulas autom\u00e1ticas dedicadas y tienen sus l\u00edmites econ\u00f3micos y t\u00e9cnicos en el potencial de contaminaci\u00f3n e incrustaciones del agua de alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada vez que se alcanzan uno o m\u00e1s puntos de ajuste de limpieza de membranas, el sistema se detiene y se realiza una limpieza de membranas.
