Autre avantage, c&rsquo;est un module robuste et peu co\u00fbteux en mat\u00e9riau PRFV. Le module se compose de deux parties principales, le noyau membranaire et le carter du module. Le noyau est fix\u00e9 dans le carter, les joints d\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 emp\u00eachant les fuites d\u2019alimentation et de concentrat du module, alors que les joints toriques int\u00e9rieurs emp\u00eachent la fuite de perm\u00e9at. Les modules sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement connect\u00e9s en s\u00e9rie avec des coudes en U.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le noyau membranaire<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le noyau membranaire se compose de plusieurs tubes de membrane empot\u00e9s ensemble \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 pour former un faisceau rigide de tubes. La figure 2 montre la coupe transversale d\u2019un tube de membrane. La couche int\u00e9rieure du tube est la fine membrane polym\u00e8re semi-perm\u00e9able. C\u2019est la couche membranaire qui s\u00e9pare le liquide d\u2019alimentation en deux flux. Une gamme de diff\u00e9rentes membranes est disponible, chacune offrant des caract\u00e9ristiques de s\u00e9paration diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les couches interm\u00e9diaires et externes constituent le support de la membrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des tubes de membrane sont empot\u00e9s dans de la r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy. Le perm\u00e9at qui traverse la membrane s\u2019accumule dans le carter avant de s\u2019\u00e9couler vers le stockage du perm\u00e9at.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riau standard du carter est du plastique renforc\u00e9 de verre (PRV). Les carters sont disponibles en longueurs de 3 et 4 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le noyau membranaire est fix\u00e9 dans le carter. Les joints d\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 et les joints toriques int\u00e9rieurs emp\u00eachent les fuites de perm\u00e9at et d\u2019alimentation\/concentrat. Tous les carters ont deux sorties \u2013 une \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 pour que le perm\u00e9at s&rsquo;\u00e9chappe du module. Les carters doivent \u00eatre positionn\u00e9s avec leurs sorties align\u00e9es verticalement (l\u2019une en haut, l\u2019autre en bas). Au cours de toutes les op\u00e9rations de filtration et de nettoyage, le perm\u00e9at s\u2019\u00e9coule des deux sorties du carter.
