La conception est \u00e9galement exempte d\u2019espaces morts, ce qui r\u00e9duit le potentiel d\u2019encrassement des membranes tout en assurant une efficacit\u00e9 maximale des proc\u00e9dures de nettoyage en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le module est construit en acier inoxydable, avec des membranes tubulaires de 12.7 mm de diam\u00e8tre mont\u00e9es dans 18 tubes de support perfor\u00e9s. Diff\u00e9rents embouts de carter sont disponibles pour connecter un nombre variable de tubes en s\u00e9rie ou en parall\u00e8le, afin de permettre un fonctionnement \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9bits pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de flux tangentiel et de perte de charge pour les applications individuelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa conception robuste, le module peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans des syst\u00e8mes con\u00e7us pour fonctionner jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80 bars \u00e0 80 \u00b0C, en fonction du type de membrane install\u00e9e. Le module est disponible en standard dans des longueurs de 3.66 m, 2.4 m et 1.2 m, offrant des surfaces membranaire de 2.6 m<sup>2<\/sup>, 1.7 m<sup>2<\/sup> et 0.9 m<sup>2<\/sup> respectivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9coulement du fluide \u00e0 traiter au travers des tubes est effectu\u00e9 par des embouts de carter sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us dont la forme varie en fonction des exigences du process &#8211;
