Les membranes tubulaires retiennent les contaminants du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019eau brute et permettent \u00e0 l\u2019eau potable de s\u2019infiltrer \u00e0 travers la membrane. Le nettoyage des membranes par boule de mousse a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par PCI comme un moyen de simplifier le processus de nettoyage et d\u2019aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les frais g\u00e9n\u00e9raux. La technique de raclage m\u00e9canique peut \u00eatre automatis\u00e9e, ce qui r\u00e9duit la pr\u00e9sence humaine et les co\u00fbts, tout en minimisant la consommation de produits chimiques et l\u2019\u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets. Cette technique innovante permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts chimiques annuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un temps de fonctionnement pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9, le sens d\u2019\u00e9coulement de l\u2019installation est automatiquement invers\u00e9, ce qui fait passer les billes sur toute la longueur des tubes membranaires et r\u00e9cure les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts accumul\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface de la membrane. Les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts retir\u00e9s sont rejet\u00e9s avec le flux de d\u00e9chets vers le cours d\u2019eau local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cette caract\u00e9ristique unique rend le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Fyne plus respectueux de l\u2019environnement que toutes les alternatives de traitement conventionnelles.<\/strong> Bien qu\u2019un certain nombre d\u2019options d\u2019\u00e9limination soient \u00e0 la disposition de l\u2019Office des Eaux, les probl\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets sont sp\u00e9cifiques au site et n\u00e9cessitent le consentement de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 environnementale appropri\u00e9e. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le flux de d\u00e9chets du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est simplement de l\u2019eau brute concentr\u00e9e, il n\u2019y a pas de pr\u00e9occupations environnementales pour emp\u00eacher le retour du concentrat dans le cours d\u2019eau local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les installations de traitement membranaire fournissent un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de traitement robuste et fiable pour une utilisation dans des endroits \u00e9loign\u00e9s, qui n\u00e9cessitent peu ou pas d\u2019intervention de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur. L\u2019intervention de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur est n\u00e9cessaire pour surveiller l\u2019usine, g\u00e9rer les produits chimiques, pr\u00e9lever r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des \u00e9chantillons et, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion, nettoyer chimiquement les membranes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plus grande diff\u00e9rence pour l\u2019op\u00e9rateur r\u00e9side dans le nombre de visites requises de l&rsquo;installation.
