entrantes sont collect\u00e9es dans un r\u00e9servoir tampon o\u00f9, si n\u00e9cessaire, le pH est ajust\u00e9 par addition d\u2019acide afin de r\u00e9duire les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de pr\u00e9cipitation du carbonate de calcium et limiter les probl\u00e8mes de moussage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les eaux us\u00e9es au pH ajust\u00e9 sont ensuite pomp\u00e9es par une pompe basse pression (pompe de pr\u00e9-pression) en continu \u00e0 travers un filtre multim\u00e9dia et un syst\u00e8me de filtre \u00e0 cartouche, qui sert de \u00ab filtre de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00bb pour la pompe haute pression suivante. La pompe basse pression g\u00e9n\u00e8re la pr\u00e9-pression n\u00e9cessaire pour la pompe haute pression susmentionn\u00e9e. Chaque fois que cela est n\u00e9cessaire, le filtre multim\u00e9dia est automatiquement lav\u00e9 \u00e0 contre-courant avec de l\u2019eau d\u2019alimentation et de l\u2019air, tandis que les cartouches filtrantes doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es une fois qu\u2019elles sont colmat\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En amont de la filtration par cartouche, un s\u00e9questrant est dos\u00e9 pour limiter les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de pr\u00e9cipitation des sels, permettant ainsi le fonctionnement des unit\u00e9s d\u2019osmose inverse (OI) plate-and-frame au taux de conversion s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les eaux us\u00e9es pr\u00e9trait\u00e9es sont ensuite pomp\u00e9es par la pompe haute pression vers la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape d\u2019unit\u00e9 OI plate-and-frame. Celle-ci est construite avec deux modules membranaires en s\u00e9rie, afin de r\u00e9duire le d\u00e9bit de recirculation requis et, par cons\u00e9quent, la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie. L\u2019alimentation et le d\u00e9bit de recirculation sont pressuris\u00e9s par une pompe booster. Le d\u00e9bit de recirculation assure la vitesse tangentielle requise afin de minimiser les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d\u2019encrassement dans les modules membranaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le perm\u00e9at de cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape OI plate-and-frame est ensuite repressuris\u00e9 vers l\u2019unit\u00e9 OI spiral\u00e9e via une pompe haute pression d\u00e9di\u00e9e ; le concentrat obtenu est en partie recircul\u00e9 en amont de l\u2019unit\u00e9 OI spiral\u00e9e afin d\u2019obtenir la vitesse tangentielle requise (gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une pompe booster d\u00e9di\u00e9e) et en partie dans le r\u00e9servoir tampon initial afin de diluer les eaux us\u00e9es pr\u00e9trait\u00e9es et augmenter le taux de conversion global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de maximiser le taux de conversion, une seconde \u00e9tape OI plate-and-frame peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9e. Celle-ci est aliment\u00e9e avec le concentrat de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape d&rsquo;OI plate-and-frame. Elle fonctionne \u00e0 haute pression (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 120 bars) et le perm\u00e9at produit est envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 OI spiral\u00e9e pour un polissage ult\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concentrat de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape (ou de la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant) peut \u00eatre redirig\u00e9 vers la d\u00e9charge, \u00e9limin\u00e9 par camions-citernes ou envoy\u00e9 vers un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de traitement thermique (pour avoir un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ZLD &#8211; Zero Liquid Discharge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les taux de conversion des unit\u00e9s OI sont r\u00e9gul\u00e9s via le panneau de commande au moyen de vannes automatiques d\u00e9di\u00e9es et leurs limites \u00e9conomiques et techniques se situent dans le potentiel d\u2019encrassement et de pr\u00e9cipitation des sels de l\u2019eau d\u2019alimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque fois qu\u2019un ou plusieurs points de consigne de nettoyage de la membrane sont atteints, le syst\u00e8me est arr\u00eat\u00e9 et un nettoyage de la membrane est effectu\u00e9e.
