Il design \u00e8 inoltre privo di spazi morti, riducendo il potenziale di sporcamento delle membrane e garantendo la massima efficacia degli interventi di pulizia chimica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il modulo \u00e8 costruito in acciaio inossidabile, con membrane tubolari aventi diametro pari a 12,7 mm e inserite in 18 tubi di supporto perforati. Sono disponibili diversi tappi terminali per collegare un numero variabile di tubi in serie o in parallelo, in modo da permettere il funzionamento a diverse portate per soddisfare i requisiti di flusso tangenziale e di perdita di carico per ogni specifica applicazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grazie al design robusto, il modulo pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato in sistemi progettati per funzionare fino a 80 bar e 80\u00b0C, a seconda del tipo di membrana montata. Il modulo \u00e8 disponibile di serie con lunghezze pari a 1,2 m, 2,4 m e 3,66 m, con aree di membrana rispettivamente pari a 0,9 m<sup>2<\/sup>, 1,7 m<sup>2<\/sup> e 2,6 m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il flusso del fluido di processo attraverso i tubi \u00e8 garantito da &#8220;end caps&#8221; (tappi terminali) appositamente progettati, il cui design varia a seconda dei requisiti del processo: flusso in serie, flusso a doppia entrata, flusso parallelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caratteristiche e vantaggi principali<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Struttura in acciaio inox: robusta e inerte alla maggior parte delle sostanze chimiche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design tubolare a canale aperto: richiede minima prefiltrazione dell&#8217;alimento;
