A37 Series Module

The A37 module consists of a replaceable core of 37 tubes each of 12.5mm diameter fitted into a stainless steel housing.

The A37 module uses our specially developed PVDF Ultrafiltration & Microfiltration membranes that are suited to a variety of different process conditions. Three different separations are available: 450k Daltons, 200k Daltons, 100k Daltons and 20k Daltons nominal cut-off as well as 0.2 micron, although actual performance depends also on the operating conditions.

The module is available as standard in 3.66m length, providing membrane areas of 5.1m² respectively.

The compact design gives the module a high strength, allowing operating pressures of 7 bar at temperatures up to 60°C.
