Pleated Depth Filter Cartridge Series
Precision Filtration. Reliable Performance. Consistent Results.
Pleated Depth Filter Cartridge Series use layered, fiber based filtration media to provide efficient particle retention, including at low micron ratings. Their pleated structure increases the effective filtration surface area, improving dirt-holding capacity and enabling higher flow rates during operation. In many filtration systems, these filter cartridges are installed as prefilters ahead of membrane elements or used as polishing step alongside traditional depth media filters.
PCI Membranes® Pleated Depth Filter Cartridges are designed to deliver reliable depth-loading performance across a wide range of applications.

Applications
Biopharmaceutical, food & beverage including beer and wine, microelectronics, and process water industries. Used for particle removal, microbiological removal, and prefiltration to protect systems and ensure the highest level of the final product purity.

PES Membrane Filter Cartridge Series
0.22µm / 0.45µm / 0.65µm
The PES Membrane Filter Cartridge Series use strongly asymmetric PES membranes with a gradient pore structure. They are designed to provide high bubble point performance and low diffusion flow. These cartridges offer high dirt-holding capacity, high flow rates, and long service life. Each cartridge is 100% integrity tested.

PP Membrane Filter Cartridge Series
1.0µm
The PP Membrane Filter Cartridge Series combine high-efficiency polypropylene membranes with a continuously graded pore structure and multi-layer media. This design enables high-precision particle retention while helping prevent premature clogging in complex fluid processes.
The series is engineered for the filtration of suspended particulates, colloids, and high-viscosity fluids. It is suitable for handling gels, proteins, and complex organic suspensions, ensuring consistent filtrate quality while protecting downstream terminal filters.
All materials comply with the FDA 21 CFR and EU No. 10/2011 requirements for food contact materials.

Nylon Membrane Filter Cartridge Series
0.22µm / 0.45µm / 0.65µm
The Nylon Membrane Filter Cartridge Series use nylon microporous membrane as the filtration medium and are manufactured using advanced thermal welding technology. Each cartridge is 100% integrity tested before shipment.
• 0.22μm LRV>7(B.Diminuta ATCC 19146)
• 0.45μm LRV>7(S.Marcecens ATCC 19146)
• 0.65μm LRV>7(S.Cerevisiae ATCC 19146)

NBP Membrane Filter Cartridge Series
1.0µm
NBP Membrane Filter Cartridge Series is NBP hydrophilic nanofiber PVDF filter cartridge which optimizes the prefiltration in cold-filtered beer, precision filtration of beer or clarifying filtration of wine. The removal ratings of nanofiber membrane filter are set according to the size of microorganism and colloid. The depth and gradient filtration of NBP makes it ideal for clarify filtration of beer and wine. The gradient filter also possesses long service life and high flow rate. Comparing with conventional membrane filters, NBP is more cost-saving and brings the customer more benefits.
